Dr Bianca Blanch
When Bianca became a parent, she realised there had to be a better way to support parents through the challenges of modern family life.
Parenting is hard, emotional, messy and constantly changing. That realisation inspired Bianca to shift her career focus toward helping parents feel more confident, supported and connected to their children.
Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in medical research, together with qualifications in psychology/behavioural science, coaching, NLP and parent support, Bianca has developed coaching systems for both parents and workplaces that support mothers through pregnancy, breastfeeding and returning to work.
Inspired by her training through The Life Coaching College, Bianca developed the Parent Manual Coaching System: a practical, evidence-informed and non-judgmental framework that helps parents recognise their strengths, try new strategies and laugh together about the inevitable epic fails along the way. At its heart, the System helps parents identify the parent they want to be and develop practical strategies to get there.
