Life coaches often struggle to effectively recognise and support clients with ADHD, which can lead to challenges in addressing the unique needs of these clients, ultimately impacting the client’s progress and the coach/client relationship.
This four-day course is designed for life coaches who may wish to serve in this area or simply build their knowledge of neuroscience and the ADHD brain. It provides a comprehensive understanding of ADHD, co-morbid conditions, and executive function challenges, including their neurological basis, symptoms, and impact throughout life stages.
The course examines core executive function challenges within the context of ADHD and equips coaches with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to identify ADHD’s impact, educate clients, and guide them toward strategies and systems that align with their unique brain wiring to achieve their goals
