Fifteen minutes to find out if coaching is your next chapter.
Book a free “Become a Coach Chat” with our Course Advisor. Straight answers about what it takes, what it costs, and whether it’s genuinely right for you.
A real person, not a call centre. If nothing here suits, call us on 1800 424 556 and we’ll find a time that does.
What actually happens on the call
Four things, in about fifteen minutes.
So you know exactly what you’re booking — and exactly what you’re not.
Whether coaching genuinely suits you
A few questions about your background and what’s been pulling you toward this. If we don’t think it’s the right fit, we’ll say so. We’d rather lose an enrolment than sign up someone who shouldn’t be here.
Which qualification you actually need
Practitioner or Diploma. ICF Level 1 or Level 2. What each one lets you actually do, and which one matches the future you’re picturing. Most people are surprised by this part.
Blocks of training, not a weekly class
You won’t be turning up to a class every Tuesday night for two years. We teach in concentrated blocks — face-to-face or online — and each block runs several times across the year. So you choose the dates that fit around your work and your family, instead of rearranging your life around ours.
The real cost, up front
We’ll work through the real numbers on each program with you — full fee, payment plan options, and what’s actually involved between now and holding a certificate. No guessing, and nothing held back for later.
Since 2011
You’ll be in very good company.
The people who book this call are teachers and nurses. HR managers. Tradies who somehow became the person everyone confides in. Parents heading back to work after years away. Quiet achievers who’ve been told for twenty years that they’re easy to talk to. Almost none of them felt “qualified” on the day they booked. That is rather the point of the call.

“I’ve helped hundreds of people find their coaching path. Let’s have a chat and see what’s possible for you.”
It runs simply: a few questions about where you’re at, honest answers to whatever you throw at us, and one clear next step — whether that’s enrolling, coming along to a training weekend to see it for yourself, or deciding this isn’t your path after all.
Before you book
The things people are actually thinking.
In roughly the order they stop people from picking up the phone.
Be honest — is this just a sales call?
Fair question, and the most common one. It’s a conversation, not a pitch. We’ll ask what’s drawing you to coaching, answer whatever you want to know, and tell you plainly whether we think our courses fit. Plenty of these calls end with “come back to us next year” or “that’s not really what we do.” If you decide it’s not for you, that’s a completely fine outcome and nobody will hound you afterwards.
I’m not sure I’m the “right type of person” for this.
Almost everyone says some version of this. The coaches who do best here are rarely the loudest people in the room — they’re the ones others have always confided in. Coaching is a set of skills, and skills are trainable. The call is a good place to test that against your own story.
What does it actually cost?
The Practitioner and the Diploma sit at different price points, and every pathway has a payment plan as well as a pay-in-full option that saves you 10%. We’ll walk you through the real numbers for the pathway that suits you — no “from” pricing, no surprises later. You can also compare what’s included in each pathway before you book.
How much time will this take out of my life?
We teach in concentrated blocks rather than a weekly class, face-to-face or online, and each block runs several times a year. You pick the dates that fit around work and family. Most people keep working full-time the whole way through.
Am I too old to be starting something like this?
Our students are mostly between 30 and 50, and plenty are well past that. Life experience is the raw material of good coaching — it is the one thing you cannot shortcut, and you already have it.
Do I need to know my niche before I start?
No. Most people arrive without one and leave with a clear answer. Finding your niche is part of the training, not a prerequisite for it.
Does ICF accreditation actually matter?
It matters if you want to work with organisations, corporate clients or overseas clients, and it matters for credibility generally. We hold full ICF Level 1 and Level 2 accreditation, so your pathway is recognised wherever you take it. We’ll explain which level you actually need for the work you’re picturing.
Where do you run training, and what if I can’t make the dates?
Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, plus online. Every block runs several times a year, so if a date doesn’t work you simply take the next one. You can see the full calendar on our training dates page.
One conversation can change a life
It may as well be yours.
Free. Fifteen minutes. No obligation, and no follow-up you didn’t ask for.
