ONLINE: Emotional Intelligence Training (Mon)

This unit teaches you how to master the most critical interpersonal skills for business success, otherwise known as emotional intelligence. You’ll learn the essential concepts of emotional intelligence; whilst completing various self-assessment activities to better understand your emotional intelligence strengths and weaknesses. You’ll also discover how to apply emotional intelligence to sales situations and within teams to motivate them, resulting in better management and leadership.
