What's happening

A short, straight explanation

When you enrolled, your program included access to the student learning portal for a period of time. For many of you that window is now closing — or has recently closed.

That has always been how the included access works. But we kept hearing the same thing from graduates: I still go back to that material. I don't want to lose it.

So we built the Lifelong Learner Club. For $29 a month, your existing library stays exactly where it is. Same login, same classes, same notes. Nothing to download, nothing to migrate, nothing to lose.

And if you would rather not continue, that is completely fine. Nothing else changes, and you keep your qualification either way.

Why graduates keep it

The material you'll want again is never the material you expect

Almost nobody rewatches a class the week they finish it. They come back eighteen months later, on a Tuesday afternoon, because a client has just said something they were not ready for.

A client brings something you haven't touched in a year

You covered it in training. You know you did. Being able to open that class the night before the session — instead of reconstructing it from memory — is the whole value of this.

The technique you rushed the first time

Everyone has one. A module you got through while working full-time and half asleep. Going back to it as a practising coach is a completely different experience.

Refreshing before you use something in a session

Scripts, patterns, question sets. You do not need to have memorised everything — you need to be able to find it in ninety seconds.

Staying sharp between trainings

Coaching skills fade if they are not used. Dipping back into the library is the cheapest professional development you will ever do.

The maths — twenty-nine dollars

Your training was the expensive part. This is just keeping the door open.

The things graduates ask

Does this affect my qualification?
No. Your qualification is yours permanently. It does not expire, and it is not affected by whether you continue your portal access. This is only about keeping the learning library open.
What exactly do I keep access to?
Your eligible existing library — the classes, modules and resources that were part of your program. That library is the main thing the Club keeps open for you.
Do I get new content?
No. The Lifelong Learner Club keeps your existing library open. New courses and new training are separate, and a course advisor can talk you through them if you are interested.
Is there any live training or mentoring included?
No — it is access to your existing material only. No live sessions, no assessment, no mentoring.
When does my current access end?
Your included portal access runs from the start of your program: two years for Practitioner, two years for Diploma, and four years for Master Practitioner. If you are not sure of your date, ask us and we will check it for you.
What happens if I don't join?
Your portal access finishes at the end of your included period. You keep your qualification, and you are always welcome back — you can join the Club later whenever you like.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
Can I cancel and come back later?
Yes. Cancel whenever you want and reactivate whenever you want. There is no penalty and no rejoining fee — your library will be there when you come back.
What if I enrol in another program later?
Your new program includes its own portal access, so you will not need the Club while that is running. Just let us know and we will take you out of the Club so you are not paying for both.
Can I download the material to keep permanently?
No. The classes and resources stay inside the portal — that is what your membership keeps open. Come back to them as often as you like, for as long as you are a member.
How do I pay?
By card through Ezypay. Fill in the short Ezypay form when you join and your $29 comes out monthly, automatically. Cancel any time.
I'm not a Life Coaching College graduate. Can I join?
The Lifelong Learner Club is only for existing and former Life Coaching College students. If you have not studied with us and you would like access to our coaching classes, Coachflix is the one for you. And if you are thinking about becoming a qualified coach, the Diploma and Master Practitioner programs are where that starts.
