Your qualification doesn't expire. Why should your learning?
Your included access to the student learning portal is coming to an end. The Lifelong Learner Club keeps the whole thing open — your classes, your resources, your Student Support, your mentoring, and any training or assessment you still have ahead of you. $29 a month, for as long as you want it.
A short, straight explanation
When you enrolled, your program included access to the student learning portal for a period of time. For many of you that window is now closing — or has recently closed.
That has always been how the included access works. But we kept hearing the same thing from graduates: I still go back to that material. I don't want to lose it.
So we built the Lifelong Learner Club. For $29 a month, your portal stays exactly where it is. Same login, same classes, same notes. Nothing to download, nothing to migrate, nothing to lose. And it is not only the library — your Student Support line stays open, your mentoring continues as your program always included it, any training session you were entitled to and haven't attended yet is still yours to attend, and if your assessment is still ahead of you, it is still there to complete.
And if you would rather not continue, that is completely fine. Nothing else changes, and you keep your qualification either way.
Everything you already have. It just stays.
Your Club membership holds open everything your program gave you — not just the classes.
Your library
- Every eligible class and module in your existing learning library
- The video training you worked through, to rewatch as often as you want
- Workbooks, scripts, worksheets and downloadable resources
- Your recorded demonstrations and technique walkthroughs
Your support
- Student Support, open to you again — real people, same as always
- Mentoring, continuing exactly as your program included it
- Any training session you were entitled to attend and haven't yet
- Your assessment, if you still have it ahead of you
- Your place in the student community
How you get to it
- The same login you already use — nothing to set up
- Access on any device, whenever you need it
- If your access has already lapsed, joining restores all of it
- No re-enrolling, no new platform, nothing to migrate
And what it isn't
We would rather you knew this before you joined than after. The Club picks your program back up exactly where it was — it doesn't add to it. So it does not include:
Not included
- New qualifications or upgrades to a higher program
- New courses and content created after your program
- New live training beyond what your own program included
Also not included
- Mentoring or training hours over and above your program's own entitlement
- Permanent downloads to keep outside the portal
- Enrolment in a different specialty or stream
If you want to go further than your original program — a new specialty, an upgrade to Diploma or Master Practitioner, a fresh round of live training — that is a different conversation, and a good one. Talk to a course advisor about further training →
The material you'll want again is never the material you expect
Almost nobody rewatches a class the week they finish it. They come back eighteen months later, on a Tuesday afternoon, because a client has just said something they were not ready for.
You've still got something in front of you
Plenty of coaches finish their training with a session still to attend or an assessment still to complete — life gets in the way, and that is completely normal. That opportunity doesn't disappear. Joining the Club keeps the door open so you can pick it up when the timing is yours.
A client brings something you haven't touched in a year
You covered it in training. You know you did. Being able to open that class the night before the session — instead of reconstructing it from memory — is the whole value of this.
The technique you rushed the first time
Everyone has one. A module you got through while working full-time and half asleep. Going back to it as a practising coach is a completely different experience.
Refreshing before you use something in a session
Scripts, patterns, question sets. You do not need to have memorised everything — you need to be able to find it in ninety seconds.
Staying sharp between trainings
Coaching skills fade if they are not used. Dipping back into the library is the cheapest professional development you will ever do.
Your training was the expensive part. This is just keeping the door open.
You invested thousands of dollars and a lot of Saturdays into this training. Keeping all of it — the library, Student Support, your mentoring, and the training and assessment you still have ahead of you — costs $29 a month. Around $7 a week. That is less than one client session a year, and less than most people spend on a streaming service they have stopped watching.
Three steps, and then nothing changes

The things graduates ask
Does this affect my qualification?
What exactly do I keep access to?
Do I get new content?
Do I still get mentoring and Student Support?
I've still got a training session to attend. Can I still do it?
I haven't done my assessment yet. Can I still complete it?
When does my current access end?
What happens if I don't join?
Can I cancel?
Can I cancel and come back later?
What if I enrol in another program later?
Can I download the material to keep permanently?
How do I pay?
I'm not a Life Coaching College graduate. Can I join?
You did the training. You earned the qualification.
The material that got you there — and the people who got you there — don't have to go anywhere. Cancel anytime — your qualification is unaffected either way.
