Rebecca Haydon ‘update’

Rebecca Haydon’s story is one of courage, growth and wholehearted commitment to mastering her craft.
Before stepping into the coaching world, Rebecca trained as a performing artist and spent several years working in the performing arts industry. She later moved into the health and wellbeing space as a yoga instructor and personal trainer. Across each chapter, one theme kept emerging: a deep interest in human potential and in what truly creates lasting change.
That interest eventually drew her beyond surface-level strategies and into the inner world of beliefs, behaviour and transformation. It led her to life coaching, and then to The Life Coaching College.
Rebecca has previously described her experience with TLCC as “absolutely profound”, saying that so much in her life had already changed. She embraced the live training, the coaching mastery, the NLP work and the business-building education, and she used the experience to strengthen both her confidence and her direction.
What makes Rebecca’s journey so inspiring is that she did not stop at learning the tools. She applied them. She backed herself through major life change, including moving from the UK to Australia to begin a brand-new chapter, and continued building a coaching business grounded in transformation. She has now moved back to the UK to start her own school.
That commitment has now grown into something remarkable. Rebecca has gone on to launch The Subconscious Institute, her own NLP school, built around a clear and compelling mission: to help people do more than gain a certificate. Through her work, she teaches practitioners to embody the tools, practise them deeply and use them in ways that create meaningful change with real clients.
On her own website, Rebecca explains that she created The Subconscious Institute after seeing how many people completed NLP training without feeling truly confident in applying what they had learned. She wanted to build the kind of training that develops real mastery, where subconscious change work becomes practical, integrated and second nature.
Rebecca also shares that her work as an NLP Master Practitioner has helped her build a multi-six-figure business. That achievement alone is impressive, but what stands out even more is the leadership behind it. She has taken what she learned, built a powerful brand around it and is now training others to create transformation of their own.
Rebecca Haydon’s success is a wonderful example of what can happen when a student fully commits to growth, embraces the training and turns learning into leadership. From passionate coach to business owner to founder of her own NLP school, her journey shows just how far this work can take you.
At The Life Coaching College, we are proud to celebrate graduates like Rebecca who turn their vision into reality and go on to make a genuine impact in the world.
