In 2019, Patricia walked into The TLCC Family as a shy little girl in an adult body — low on self-esteem, low on self-worth, and quick to judge. She enrolled to study for one reason only: herself. She wanted to build her confidence and change the way she moved through the world.
Life had other plans.
Today, Patricia facilitates girls’ leadership programs with Basketball Victoria, running her own DISC Program to help young women find their voice. She works with women who have mastered the art of “DO-ing” life — helping them reconnect with who they are “BE-ing” in every moment, at home, at work, and within themselves. She also had the pleasure of crewing every single TLCC class held in 2024–25, and still does a few times a year — showing up for the facilitators and students who once helped her find her own footing.
From a shy student searching for confidence to a leader shaping the next generation — Patricia’s journey is proof of what’s possible when you decide to invest in yourself.
